Sabog

(adj.) This phenomenon only happens when a person has overused his or her white and gray matter. This is caused by lack of sleep due to the decrease in level of serotonin which inhibits the person to sleep. Lack of sleep may cause the brain not to have enough oxygen which may cause forgetfulness. And forgetfulness is one sign of a person who is sabog. It is highly advised that the person sleeps at least 8-12 hours a night. But in the case of UP students, it is not advisable yet the studenst can sleep in class and the teacher wouldn't care about it sometimes.
